Patients with hypertension and other cardiac conditions- have your Bp reading handy.
Payable before the consultation- to be claimed back from medical aid by patient.
Weight loss script request : NO consultation
For patients who has had a formal weight loss consultation and had their 1 month follow up.
Patients must be seen/have a virtual consultation every 6 months after the first follow up
ADHD script/Mental health: No consultation
Under 18s must see me every 3 months in the rooms!
